Gondola documentation

Gondola connects your Snowflake Cortex Agents to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Discord. You register a Snowflake connection, pick or create an agent, and attach it to a bot — people @mention the bot and the agent answers in a thread. These pages cover using and operating Gondola.

Getting started

Create an account, join or create a workspace, and set up in working order: connection, agent, bot.

Connections

Register a Snowflake account with a PAT or key pair, test it, and keep its credential ahead of expiry.

Agents

Browse the Cortex Agents on a connection, or create and edit them — model, instructions, tools, budgets.

Bots

Bind an agent to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or Discord, finish platform setup, and go live.

Team & roles

Owners, admins, and members — invitations, role changes, and working across multiple workspaces.

Audit log

A per-workspace record of who changed what: connections, agents, bots, members, invitations.
